Low Carb Gooey Zucchini Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 2 grated zucchini's

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter

  • 2 tablespoons of cacao

  • 1 tablespoon of xylitol

  • 1 cup tahini

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Method

  • Melt the coconut oil with the xylitol

  • Mix all the dry ingredients

  • add everything together and mix well

  • Pour into a baking tin and bake for 40 minutes
