About Me
I'm Mel. I'm a Functional Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Applied Science, based in Australia. I'm 50 this year, I'm a mum to two, and I've been in perimenopause for around eight years.
So I'm not teaching you something I read about. I'm teaching you something I've lived. I've ridden the broken sleep, the mood wobbles, the weight shifts, and the days where I wondered if it was always going to feel like this, all while still showing up for my kids, my clients, and my household. I've tried things that worked. I've tried things that didn't. I've pivoted, refined, and always come back to honest, evidence-led research.
Where I've landed personally: I'm still cycling regularly. No hot flushes. No pain. Symptoms still pop up here and there, because peri is peri, but I know exactly what to do when they do. That hasn't been an accident. It's the result of every nutrition, lifestyle, and nervous system tool I now teach inside the membership.
Alongside my own journey, I've worked one to one with thousands of women through perimenopause. I've seen the same patterns over and over. The symptoms that get dismissed by doctors. The panic that gets sold by wellness influencers. The protocols that quietly cost women a fortune and don't actually move the needle. I've also seen what does work, in real bodies, over real years.
