Upon booking and payment confirmation, our clients are invited to complete a thorough intake form, providing essential insights into their needs and goals.
Before your initial intake appointment, I meticulously review the information provided, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your unique situation.
I carefully analyse any previous test results, allowing us to gain deeper insights and tailor the approach accordingly.
During our one-hour consultation, conducted either in person or via telehealth for your convenience, we engage in meaningful dialogue, asking clarifying questions and exploring potential interconnections to provide you with personalised support.
Based on our discussions and your specific circumstances, we craft a bespoke program designed to help you achieve your health objectives.
Following the intake session, you'll receive a detailed follow-up email summarising our conversation and outlining the next steps to support your journey towards optimal health.

This program is exclusively available following a comprehensive intake session.

Four personalised consultations tailored to your specific needs, each lasting 30 to 45 minutes.
Supplements offered at a discounted rate of 20% off the Recommended Retail Price (RPR).
Ongoing email support for continuous guidance and assistance.

Detailed follow-up emails following each consultation to ensure clarity and continuity.

Return Consultation
This consultation is exclusively offered subsequent to an intake session. It serves as a follow-up to review progress, make any necessary modifications to your treatment plan, and ensure continuity of care.
During this session, we will:
Discuss your progress since the initial intake session.
Identify any adjustments or modifications required to optimise your treatment plan.
Review and refine your personalised treatment plan to align with your evolving needs and goals.
By participating in this follow-up consultation, you receive tailored support aimed at maximising the effectiveness of your treatment journey, ensuring that you remain on track towards achieving your health objectives.
Diagnostic Functional Testing (Optional)
After our initial evaluation, I may recommend functional lab testing, which could involve saliva, urine, hair, blood, or stool samples. These tests can be conveniently completed in the privacy of your home (except for a blood draw)
Please be aware that lab testing incurs an additional fee.

It's important to note that all diagnostic testing incurs additional third-party fees, typically ranging from $90 to $700.
