Is this medical advice or a replacement for my doctor? No. Stop the Hormonal Chaos - Perimenopause program is education and practical support. I work in lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, nervous system regulation, and functional testing within my scope of practice.

Do I need to be in Australia to join? No. The program is online and the live calls are recorded. Members from anywhere are welcome. Live call times will be in Australian Eastern.

What if I can't keep up with the fortnightly module release? You won't lose anything. Modules are recorded and stay in your library for as long as you're a member. Watch on your own time.

Can I cancel? Yes, at any time. You'll keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
