Replenishing Smoothie
A simple replenishing smoothie to hydrate and refuel your body after an overnight fast or training session.
Ingredients (serves 1)
1/2-1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries (or any other berry)
1 tablespoon collagen peptides
2 tablespoons soaked chia seeds
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup dairy free milk
Method:
Combine everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if need be.
Serve and enjoy
