Replenishing Smoothie

A simple replenishing smoothie to hydrate and refuel your body after an overnight fast or training session.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2-1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries (or any other berry)

  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides

  • 2 tablespoons soaked chia seeds

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk

Method:

  1. Combine everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if need be.

  2. Serve and enjoy
