Carroty Smoothie
This is super anti-inflammatory with the potent micx of spices and herbs. This carroty smoothie is great when you feel like a lighter option instead of a full meal. Works well with intermittent fasting as a light meal in-between main meals.
Ingredients: Serves 1.
- 1 medium carrot 
- 1 cup of almond milk 
- 1 small know of ginger, peeled and sliced. 
- 1 orange 
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice mix 
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil 
- 1 tablespoon collagen peptides 
- Black pepper to taste 
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix. 
- Serve and enjoy.
