Turmeric Hummus
We love hummus in our household and this upgraded version is immune supportive and anti-inflammatory.
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of organic chickpeas 
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh turmeric 
- 1 big tablespoon tahini 
- 2 garlic cloves 
- 4 tablespoons ACV 
- 1/4 cup olive oil 
- 1 teaspoon bone broth 
- salt to taste (not normally needed if using bone broth) 
- water may be needed if consistency is too thick 
Method:
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, add to food processor. 
- Add all the other ingredients into the food processor and blend on high speed until a desired consistency. 
- Serve with cut up veggies sticks, on steamed veggies, with seedy crackers, or homemade burgers.
